As it is in your business, the greatest priority for Superior Press is the safety and health of our employees, our clients, and the communities we support. Our hearts go out to those who are struggling with the virus, and our wish is that all may have a speedy recovery.

While many of us are still wrestling with “social distancing”, masks, and remote workers, the conversation is beginning to shift and focus on “re-opening”. Have you been thinking about this topic…beginning to plan for “what’s next”?

We have too! We have also been reading several smart publications on what “Back to Business” may mean for us. What will be the “New Normal” for our companies and especially for our business Clients as we move from “Safe at Home” to opening our doors?

  • Will the recovery be a V shape, or a long slow climb?
  • Will it be over the next several months, start in Q3, or into next year?
  • As always…there is a worst case scenario, an optimistic outlook… and something in between
  • Have our Clients been forced to adopt technology so quickly (think Zoom & Teams) that this will be how many client facing conversations will occur in the future?

Key Updates:

  • Superior Press is open for business Monday – Friday from 5:00am to 6:00 pm PDT. Our Client Services Team can be reached at 1-888-590-7998        
  • 85% of our orders are shipping the SAME DAY—at pre-COVID performance levels! We are meeting all our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS) continues to pick up from our facilities and ship to our customers in all 50 states and international to all open businesses and residences
  • While UPS suspended their UPS Service Guarantee (3/24/20) for all U.S. origin shipments at any service level, our clients are not currently reporting any significant service issues or shipment delays
  • Remote Deposit Check Scanners—RDCs have become even more important during COVID “Safe at Home.” Clients are working remotely, and find the convenience of scanning their checks, saving a Bank trip, all while their deposits arrive the next business day a huge help!
